This is a log of my first tectus kill when i was ilvl 637, i used starfall when the boss split into four. I only cast it 12 times but it did more damage than 34 starsurge casts.

I found using starfall to be a damage increase on twin ogron, it might be because there's a lot of movement but it was a definite damage increase.

If you look at the rankings for twin ogron you'll see pretty much all the top parses are using starfall and its a two target fight with no adds.
