Respeccing: Currently i cant respec. My resto needs gear up (trinkets/ring/neck) to be able heal up HC HM

Class Info: Im playing as Elemental shaman since patch 5.2. Nowdays Elemental shammys are one of the best single target damagers dealers but they loose a lot of damage in fights with medium/high movement. I tryed to reduce that los by using Unleash Elements talent that increase movement speed and damage from Lava burst and Lightning bolt. Movement boost and Fire damage and extra fire damage is available without talent but i use it also becouse it makes spell rotation simplier by reducing it by one spell without loss of dps (-Elemental Blast).
Stat priority is Intellect>Spell power>Miltistrike>Crit>=Haste>Mastery>Vers.

I can talk about ele whole day but it would be very long and boring so ill stop here

Raid experience: I started on Thunderhorn on patch 5.1 so i dont have many raid exprerience. My raiding experience comes mostly from SoO (full clear HC). Before that i played few years on free servers (mostly Wotlk).

Guild history: Only one that worth metioning is Fantasy.

When can you play: I can play every day after work ( 18:00-24:00 ). Sundays 19:15. I can be online whole weekend

About me: My name is Jan and i come Czech republic and i work in engeneering (metalworking, lathe, milling machine, drill press, welding). I live in south moravia region near Brno.

I want join your guild because i want raid on higgest possible level. With new WoD raiding schedule its possible only with 20 players and my raid group wasnt able to gather enough players to do so.

Please replace your gear gem at least in your hands, 670 is solid enough to itemize properly.

You don't seem to have your defensive cooldowns keybinded? Also, do you use any aura addon? I'm not sure if I'm looking wrong, but I can't see them on your screenshot. Also, what about those 3 icons in the middle? (Unleash, FShock, Burst) Is it showing your rotation for you?

Overall, your application seems kinda empty to me, please build upon these questions.
