Ok, your reasoning seems good, however there are a couple of things i would like to point out. Elemental Blast, since the dmg buff, isn't that far off unleash. The problem with playing unleash+fusion (on 2 target fights like bracken, kargath M, tectus hc, twins) is that you gain alot of "mobility dps" (your flame shocks ticks harder, you get twice as many lvb procs from double dotting) but you lose on demand mobility your unleash becomes an integral part of your rotation.
It's good that you are testing primal elementalis+storm, that's very good on brackenspore.
Also, you seem to go for anc swiftness but i think the other two options are better on all the Highmaul fights, so please change that.
