Hello so finally i've got a time to reply properly

1) Spec and glyphs:
Your destro spec and glypohs seems to by ok, but your affli spec is kinda weird to be honest, i'd go for , your affli glyphs are ok as well

2) Gems:
Your gems are not ok in my opinion since as a warlock you should use only for Yellow Sockets, for Red Sockets and for Blue Sockets. Also as a meta gems you should use .

3) Gear Overall seems to be ok. But you should fix your gems

Conlusion:
In my opionion we could use you in our guild so I think I'm /FOR

Also could you please post a combat log parse/Recount to check your rotation in raids (VoA should be enough )

It seems to me that this is not the first time you applied for a spot in our guild (), but this application looks a bit better than the previous one so I guess I'll leave the final decision to someone else \o/

Rotation - Corruption , COE , Chaos Bolt , Immolate , Incirinate , conflagrate , then spam Incirinate untill corruption has gone from target then start again

Dps - VOA - about 5.7 , TOC about 5.4 ONY about 6.3 (remember Cz i done a 10 man with you ) ICC 5.5

Ok for now i see:
No enchant on shoulders (you should have it 12-Feb-2010).
No enchant on wrists (obtained 09-Feb-2010).
No gems in legs (you are not gemed since 15-Feb-2010).
I would considear also changing the ring with 25 mana per 5s (shhhh Czh, im not raiding with Care;)). I think truimphs vendors have better one.
