M8, i see armory and must say couple words...

You have really crazy gear and talents from my point of view...
Bad meta in helm which is no enchanted... WHY?? you need http://www.wowhead.com/?item=41398 as meta
375 hit??? You kidding retri paly or what? Hit cap is 263 and all above this number is waste of stats... and coz of that you have got lowest dps...

talents are really freaky...

Seal of the pure 3/5 ?? why why why?? you need 5/5!!
Vindication is really useless in pve (we are pve guild, you know?)
Same as Eye for an Eye... its pure pvp talent...
And glyphs need some change too...
And your gear is not optimal too... need much more better gear...

From my point of view....

We need tank and coz you have prot offspec, maybe try thinking about respeceted on tank..
As dps you are useless for me atm....

So from my point of view:
Misssing head enchant
Missing better shoulders enchant, farm for exalted reputation one.
